• location and address data you provide for requests, jobs, and deliveries
• service and material requests, offers, bids, bookings, orders, ratings, and in-app messages
• device and app usage data needed for security, notifications, and reliability.

2. How we use your information

• We use your information to create and secure your account
• verify your phone number
• match customers with technicians and suppliers
• display requests, offers, and job or order updates
• enable messaging and notifications related to your activity
• improve marketplace quality and prevent fraud or abuse
• and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We share information with other users only as needed to fulfill marketplace activity—for example, showing a customer’s request details to bidding technicians or suppliers, or sharing booking and delivery details with the selected party. We may also use trusted service providers for hosting, messaging, maps, and security. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs, and we do not sell your personal information.

4. Location data

If you choose to share location or a service address, we use it to help place requests, estimate service areas, and support job or delivery coordination. You can update or remove saved addresses in your profile settings where available.

5. Security

We protect accounts with phone verification, MPIN, and optional device biometrics. You are responsible for keeping your MPIN and device access secure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your role and account status, you may update profile information, notification preferences, saved addresses, and biometric settings. You may request account-related support by contacting support@mazadalbina.com.

7. Data retention

We retain account, request, booking, and order records for as long as needed to operate the marketplace, resolve disputes, meet legal requirements, and maintain security. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where practicable.

8. Children’s privacy

Mazad Al Bina is intended for adults who can enter binding agreements for construction and home-service work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes and contact
